OUR FITNESS PROGRAMS
Our program will provide you with the opportunity to improve your fitness and wellbeing in a way that will challenge you both mentally and physically.
A 60 minute strength & conditioning workout tailored to you. This will be a full body workout consisting of body weight exercises with some equipment. The workout will target all the major muscles like chest, back, shoulder, legs and arms through compound exercises like squats, deadlifts and chest press. Compound movements engage multiple muscles making your heart pump and burn more calories, making it an ideal choice for weight loss.
A 60 minute workout blending boxing drills and body weight exercises for an intense cross-training workout. Boxing conditioning combines strength work and cardio conditioning for a total body workout. As you learn the fundamentals of boxing and some self-defense skills you’re sure to build muscular strength and cardio endurance.
