DefensiveFit is not just our name but our program. Our training is influenced by multiple martial arts like Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Crossfit.
We believe no style, method or culture has all the answer. The goal is to build reflexes, movements and overall physical fitness in order to have a solid foundation. From day one you will be doing short intense workouts, hitting pads and learning to react to attacks in effective ways. The reality is you don't get to pick the bad guy; the bad guy usually picks you so you MUST BE PREPARED!
Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do - Bruce Lee’s personal system, the Jun Fan Gung Fu / Jeet Kune Do, is known for its economy of motion and integration of arts and ranges.
Filipino Martial Arts - Kali is an ancient word that serves as an umbrella term for all the Filipino martial arts. The weaponry training covers a wide spectrum featuring stick, blade and knife as well as flexible weapons and weapons of opportunity.
Muay Thai - Muay Thai is known as “King of the Ring” in kickboxing circles. These fights feature punches, kicks, elbows, knees, standing grappling and head-butts to wear down and knock out their opponent.
Judo/Brazilian Jiu-jitsu- are martial arts and combat sports that focus on throws & grappling with particular emphasis on ground fighting.

Option 2 - Couples Training
(Want to train with a friend? This is the perfect option for you! Quality training for you and a friend)
Option 3 - Group Training ( 4-6 people)
(This is great for a family or a group of friends that want to training together privately. The instructor will meet with the group once a week for an hour to go over the curriculum based on the groups interest.)
